Toya And now perceive yourselves first.... not me. Do not look at the body that is relaying these words to you.... ...only to yourselves. You often perceive the world outside, the world in which you supposedly live, in which everything seems to happen. But you very rarely perceive yourselves; it usually takes pain for you to perceive yourselves, for you to discover yourselves.
Now I just want you to be aware of yourselves. Oh yes, some of you think you are practised in this, you have learnt this. Some of you think you know how to perceive yourselves. But in reality, you only know how you perceive what you think of yourselves.
In reality, you only know how you perceive what you have been told you are. But how do you perceive yourselves? How do you really perceive your being? What are you actually, what is that: your being, your true being, your inner being? One of the previous speakers told you that you are shape-shifters, shape-shifters who have no shape.
